Breathe, Meditate, Be Happy Workshop!
We are all looking to succeed in life, but rarely do we look at how to increase our capacity. Neither at home nor in school have we learned how to deal with stress, manage our emotions, or tap into our full potential. During this free mini-workshop, we will experience a short glimpse of that potential through the practice of powerful breathing exercises and guided meditation. You will leave with powerful take-home techniques and ideas as well as an introduction to a world-renowned course in stress-relief through the breath.
The session is free for all ages above 18 and no prerequisite is needed.
