Program Description

About this event:

This is an all-levels Slow Flow style yoga class, adaptable for people with different levels of fitness (it does involve sitting on a mat and standing up from the floor). Participants should bring a yoga mat if they have one, some are available for use at the class. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move and stretch in.

Tisa practices yoga for strength and flexibility - both physically and emotionally. While she sometimes struggles to find balance; there are moments that yoga just is, almost effortless. In this way, she finds yoga to be a reflection of life. She teaches to share this exploration and joy with others. Tisa has completed 200 hour vinyasa flow and 100 hour anusara teacher trainings. 

This is a series of four classes that can be taken individually, so each class needs to be registered for separately. Registration is encouraged but not required.
