About this event:

Dizzy is a colorful character from Ithaca, New York who’s been stinking up stages since 2017. She loathes the spotlight but adores the applause, begrudgingly eager to make a spectacle of herself. Lip-syncing. Live-singing. Standing there and doing nothing. You never know what sick trick Dizzy’s bound to think up next.

Follow along with Dizzy as she shows you how to do feminizing makeup looks inspired by pop art!

A suggested materials list will be sent out in advance of the workshop but don't worry if you are unable to acquire any of them - the library will have necessary supplies on hand and single-use or sanitized applicators.

This workshop is part of the Performance Art Workshop Series for Teens. Teens can sign up for all of them or just the topics they are most interested in. Participants in the series will have the opportunity to perform in the Youth Pride Talent Show on Saturday, June 10th as a part of the Downtown Ithaca Pride Festival.
