We can’t let the kids have all the fun! TCPL is excited to present Winter Reading for Adults! 

Adults are encouraged to read any book or audiobook, then stop by the reference desk to grab a review card. Instead of a normal book review, this winter we suggest writing a “Haiku Book Review”!

What does that mean? Using your recent read as inspiration, utilize the 5-7-5 syllable haiku structure and write a short poem!

For example - 

You might not know how

To write a perfect haiku

So just make it bad

Return finished Haiku Book Reviews to the reference desk and we will display them anonymously on our community board and enter you into our raffle. Raffle prizes include gift cards to local businesses! 

Enter as many times as you’d like between now and March 15^th. Winners will be drawn after March 15^th.
