Kai Z.

Kai enjoys finding the right books for library patrons and recommending good books. She is at her happiest when a patron says “this is just the book I’ve been looking for,” or “I love the book you recommended!” As the library’s Kids Discovery Trail coordinator, Kai is having fun organizing the TCPL-KDT event and providing interesting and educational programs for the kindergarteners in Ithaca City School District and Trumansburg School District, and hopefully students from more school districts. Kai orders children’s movies for the library’s Youth Services collection. She feels great for getting paid to shop!

In her leisure time, Kai likes to read, garden, and watch children’s movies with her kids.
