When someone shows signs of dementia, it’s time to talk. Often, conversations with family about changing behaviors can be challenging and uncomfortable.

Gentle stretching can help us develop better balance and flexibility. Sitting in a chair or standing close to it for support, we carefully move our bodies to build and maintain mobility and strength.

We're moving Baby Storytime outside!  Caregivers and their babies are invited to join Cassie at the park next to the Henry St. John Building at 301 S. Geneva St. for music, rhymes, movement and books.

Children and families are invited to join us each Tuesday in Dewitt Park for stories, music and family fun. After storytime, stay for lunch and shopping at the Ithaca Farmer's Market.
