This is a 30-minute meditation session led by Anna Salamone RN, LCSW, certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher.

This six week generative workshop will encourage experimentation and writing as an artistic act of fun! We will explore a new topic each week and have time to engage and discuss a reading and write our own piece.
