About this event:
The skilled and artful puppeteers from the Ithaca Waldorf School will be presenting the story "Spindlewood" by Charlotte Comeras which is based on a poem by Rose Fyleman. Beautifully crafted scenery and props add magic to this story set on a late autumn day. A young girl follows fairies who play in the meadow and stream as they leave for their winter home. She makes a journey, with challenges along the way, to meet Mother Earth who gives her precious seeds to treasure and plant in spring when her fairy friends return to awaken the earth from its slumber.
Shows will be at 1:30 and 2:30 pm.
