The program is a full-time, four-week training that includes technical skills curriculum through ToolingU-SME and Transfr VR, team building, manufacturing career readiness and direct job placement.

Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a Certified Manufacturing Associate certification (CMfgA) through Tooling U-SME. The CMfgA certificate is a nationally recognized credential designed for individuals new to the manufacturing industry.

Upon completion, participants will receive a $1000 stipend and a direct interview with participating manufacturers in Tompkins County.
