About this event:
In today’s digital world, having a basic understanding of web development is a valuable skill. This hands-on workshop, led by Cornell Girls Who Code, will guide you through creating a simple webpage using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will learn:
- How websites are structured using HTML
- How to style pages with CSS for better design and layout
- How JavaScript can add interactivity to a webpage
By the end of the session, you’ll have built a basic webpage from scratch and gained an understanding of how websites function. No prior experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided.
