Effective 3/14 through 10/31 the Library building will be closed in conjunction with Governor Cuomo's phased reopening plan. We are open for limited services only:
Lobby Hold Pickups and Internet & Copy/Fax/Print:
Tuesday & Thursday, 10-1 & 3-6
Saturday 10-1 & 2-5
Scheduled Curbside Hold Pickups:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10-1 & 3-6
You can still access many online resources at www.tcpl.org.
If you've received a notification that your holds are ready to pick up, you can drop in or schedule a curbside pickup. Call 607-272-4556 for assistance if needed.
