NOTE: This event will take place in two sessions during this time slot - 5:30-6:30 for families with children, and 7-8 for adults only.

There are giants in the sky... and in Tompkins County Public Library!


Come help Artist in Community, Scott Hitz (PuppHitz Puppets, Sesame Workshop, Ave. Q, Broadway’s Little Shop of Horrors ) create the next BIG thing in Ithaca… The Ithaca Giant! 

What is it? Where did it come from? What is its story? Let’s figure it out together! From your stories, imagination and ideas, Scott will form the story that will inform the original Ithaca myth known as The Ithaca Giant! 

Once ideas are formed, you can help in the actual creation of the giant in physical form! There will be two sessions to discuss, plan, and help in the creation of this amazing project.
