Get ready to jam with the new Take and Make Kit: Make a Sound Sandwich! This time around TCPL has teamed up with the Cornell Center for Materials Research Families Learning Science Together program, the Sciencenter, and the National Science Foundation to bring you a fun musical STEAM activity. With this kit, you will be able to make a musical instrument similar to a harmonica from the included craft material.
You can now pick up a Take and Make kit at either the Sciencenter or TCPL! The kits are free and given out on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
You can pick up a kit at TCPL beginning March 8 during open hours on both curbside and express browsing days. When using curbside pickup, please indicate your interest in a kit when you call to notify us of your arrival. On lobby days, simply pick one up in the lobby area. For questions, please contact Joah Tang, Library Assistant, at jtang@tcpl.org.
